How Can I Get Post-Purchase Installments?

You can get post-purchase installments by replying to the SMS you receive at the time of payment, via Online or Mobile Banking, or by contacting our Customer Contact Center on 0850 393 22 44.

Can I Get Installments on All Purchases?

You can get installments without profit shares on all domestic purchases of 500 TL or more.

Campaign Terms ad Conditionns

  • Âlâ Card holders shall be offered six installments without profit shares for all purchases at merchants that favor installments and participation banking principles.
  • Profit shares shall be applied to all other installment options.
  • Transaction amount must be 500 TL or more. Installments with profit shares can be applied to purchases under 500 TL. For installments with profit shares, minimum transaction amount is 50 TL.
  • The campaign is valid throughout the year.
  • Post-purchase installments can be set by replying to the SMS received at the time of payment, via Online or Mobile Banking, or by contacting our Customer Contact Center on 0850 393 22 44.
  • Purchases shall not be automatically divided into six installments, customers must set the requested installments via the above-mentioned channels.
  • Overdraft transactions are not eligible for post-purchase installments.
  • Post-purchase installments must be set before the statement cut-off date. After the statement is issued, installment requests shall not be accepted.
  • Overseas purchases are not eligible for installments.
  • During the campaign, refunds and cancellations shall be taken into account.
  • As per relevant regulations, food, restaurant, gas, telecommunications, etc. spending are not eligible for post-purchase installments.
  • Participating customers must have an active card and no hindrance to the use thereof as of the campaign date.
  • Post-purchase installments cannot be applied if, following the transaction, the card is locked, canceled, or replaced for any reason whatsoever.
  • Credit card accounts that are subject to enforcement and legal seizure action with overdue balances across multiple statement periods, accounts that are administratively and legally monitored for similar reasons, accounts whose card holders are reported deceased, or customers with canceled or blocked cards are not eligible for the campaign.
  • If the merchant’s registered industry is wrong or outside the scope of the offer, Türkiye Finans Katılım Bankası AŞ shall not accept any responsibility.
  • This campaign cannot be combined with the merchant’s other ongoing Türkiye Finans Katılım Bankası AŞ campaigns.
  • Typos on web pages, e-mail or SMS messages are not binding.
  • Türkiye Finans Katılım Bankası AŞ may not be held liable for any errors in the campaign information provided by the merchants.
