LoungeKey Terms of Use

• Lounge access is exclusive to Âlâ and Âlâ Private customers who are MasterCard Âlâ Cardholders.
• To enjoy complimentary lounge access, the previous month’s Âlâ Card statement balance must be TL 20,000 or more.
• Âlâ customers are entitled to a total of 6 lounge entries per year, and Âlâ Private customers are entitled to a total of 12 lounge entries per year.
• Âlâ customers are entitled to 1 lounge entry per month, and Âlâ Private customers are entitled to 2 lounge entries per month.
• Âlâ Private primary cardholders and one guest can enter the lounge for free. Guest entry is deducted from the primary cardholder's usage entitlement.
• Lounge entry fees are charged to the Âlâ Card used for lounge access. The fee is refunded to the card on the same day. You can view your complimentary lounge entries in your card transactions.
• Once lounge entry is granted, no refunds will be issued for cancellations or changes, and the visit will count towards your total.
• Complimentary lounge access is not available for supplementary cardholders.
• Lounge access benefits renew annually.
• If you don't have your MasterCard Âlâ Credit Card, create an account through the LoungeKey website or mobile app to access lounges using a QR pass.
